New Patient Information
We are accepting new patients for gynecological and limited primary care services. Please review our services page for a more in-depth understanding of the services our practice offers. To schedule your appointment as a new patient, please click the link (https://consumer.scheduling.athena.io?locationId=24705-1&practitionerId=24705-1) and select New Patient under Patient type in order to request an appointment.
After your self-scheduling you will be set-up within the Patient Portal and will be requested to complete patient registration prior to your appointment date. We also ask all new patients to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the registration process and ensure all proper paperwork is complete. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 no-show fee. All other existing current patients, please go to the Patient Portal tab within our website to schedule your appointment. You can also call our office at (918) 794-0701 to request or change an appointment along with getting any questions answered prior to your visit. If for some reason you are late for your appointment we may have to reschedule you for another day.
Medication Refills
Please call your pharmacy for all prescription refills. This will ensure that your medication is refilled in a timely manner. We ask that you allow 48 hours for the pharmacy along with the clinic to process your request. Please follow the same process if this is an urgent request, and call our office to make us aware of the situation.
