Medication Refills

Please call your pharmacy for all prescription refills.  This will ensure that your medication is refilled in a timely manner.  We ask that you allow 48 hours for the pharmacy along with the clinic to process your request.  Please follow the same process if this is an urgent request, and call our office to make us aware of the situation.

Existing Patient Information

We love our patients and are so happy you are a part of the Magnolia Health family!  We know you live a busy life and would like to ease the ability for you to access your healthcare needs.  Because of this, we offer multiple ways for you to interact with your providers.  The easiest way, if you are at a computer, to achieve immediate past visit information or schedule an appointment with your healthcare professional is to visit our Patient Portal page on our website.  Just select your provider and login to easily access scheduling and provider messaging options. 

Being busy women ourselves, we know being at a computer is not always possible and you can easily schedule an appointment with your phone at (https://consumer.scheduling.athena.io/?locationId=24705-1&practitionerId=24705-1).  Under Patient Type, please select “Existing” and provide as much information as possible so we are well prepared prior to your arrival.  We know that life is ever evolving and if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 no-show fee.   You can also call our office at (918) 794-0701 to request or change an appointment along with getting any questions answered prior, or after your visit.  We ask that you please listen to our full welcome phone message and make your selection, so your call is directed properly to best answer your questions.
